FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. Is The Barn available for events Monday – Thursday?  Yes! If you would like to have an event that you would like to host on days (Mon-Thur) please contact us for possible booking, pricing and availability. 

  2. Can I tour the barn before booking? Absolutely!  We are encouraging couples only to do an in person tour at this time. Anyone interested in booking their event at Willowynn can also schedule a virtual tour of the space.  Call or email to schedule a consultation today.

  3. How many people does the barn hold? We can comfortably accommodate up to 200 seated guests in our climate-controlled space depending on the layout of your event and tables and dance floor space. We can provide seating charts based on your preferences. 

  4. Can we bring our own alcohol?  Yes. Bartender(s) must be hired from our approved bar service, Tipsy Cowgirls.

  5. What is included in the rental price? Full use of barn, chapel, tables, chairs, limited decor, and the 18-acre property, from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, with an hour for clean up. Please refer to the list of amenities or email if you have a specific request.

  6. Can we use sparklers or fireworks? "Wedding" Sparklers are permitted upon bride and groom's departure. Fireworks must be preapproved by the owner or manager. Client must hire an insured, professional pyrotechnic (approved by owner or manager)

  7. Do you have a required list of vendors? We want our guests to make the event experience unique and all your own, so any vendor you want to use is acceptable with them having liability insurance. Bartenders must be from Tipsy Cowgirls.  We will need to know your vendors beforehand to allow them access to the property and arrange for proper insurance. We can also provide a list of local vendors or make recommendations based on our experience. 

  8. Can we have our rehearsal at The Barn? Yes. A 1 hour rehearsal time the Thursday before the event is included. If there is another date, The Barn will work with clients to schedule a time. Rehearsal dinner time can be purchased separately.

  9. What other fees may be associated with the property rental? Day of event insurance policy (required), security guards, $1,000 refundable damage deposit, and towing of vehicles not picked up by 10:00 am the morning following your event. Also, you are responsible for payment to your own vendors.

  10. Do you have an outdoor ceremony site? Yes, we have an open-air chapel, outdoor fireplace, and the atrium! Willowynn Barn also has a beautiful outdoor ceremony site with giant oak trees and a few different scenic locations near our pond and around the property. 

  11. What is included in the dressing room suites? Our bridal suite includes 5 station vanities, a bar area and a beautiful walk in shower.  The grooms room has a large bathroom to change in and has a cigar lounge feel. Both suites have private garden areas, luxurious seating areas, TV & sound systems, and small bar areas with a mini fridge. Also, the grooms room will convert into a child care area after the ceremony begins. On-site nanny will be available for hire. We encourage you to come out and tour the venue prior to booking.

  12. Can I take bridal or engagement pictures on the property? Yes, bridal portraits and engagement photography sessions can be prearranged and taken on site with our barns, animals and vintage vehicles. Please schedule in advance.
