Full access to Willowynn Barn plus 18 acres during the event.
Guest Capacity is up to 250 guests comfortably and with a dance floor. (approx. 5,000 square foot indoor climate-controlled barn space)
Event/wedding times start 7:00 am until 11:00 pm - option to purchase additional times separately.
Open-air Chapel and other outdoor ceremony sites are included in all packages and hold up to 200 guests.
1,000 Square foot of covered outdoor patio, perfect for outdoor entertaining and overlooking pond & viewing sunsets.
12 -12ft all wood farmhouse tables, 2 - 8ft farmhouse catering tables, 250 cross back chairs, and 5 black cocktail tables.
Prep kitchen for catering services & ice machine. Dedicated buffet serving area with 8ft farmhouse tables.
Your choice of any vendor (caterer, photographer, music, etc.)
Engagement/Bridal photos- you can use our property, barns, animals or vintage vehicles
Indoor/Outdoor Bar Set up
Wired audio system.
Limited in-house decor
Customers can bring their own alcohol a week prior to event (inventoried and stored) but must be served by our TABC certified bartender(s), at the expense of the customer/bride/groom.
All alcohol leftover must remain until the week after the event to be returned & ready for pick up the Monday following the event. It will be inventoried and locked in storage.
On-site parking. Vehicles can be left on site overnight but must be picked up by 10 am the following morning or will be towed at owners’ expense.

Two Dressing Rooms including 5 station vanities with mini fridge.
Bridal portraits can be prearranged and taken on site. Please schedule in advance.
